POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Continuously enhance and streamline personnel and payroll management processes.
  • Collaborate with team members, HR Business Partners, Organizational Development specialists, IT, and internal stakeholders.
  • Take charge of effectively onboarding new team members through training and knowledge sharing.
  • Guide new employees in understanding our processes and procedures.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, implementing improvements based on audit findings.
  • Contribute to projects and tasks to meet business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance work methods and team efficiency.
  • Share knowledge within the team to promote skill development.
  • Deliver high-quality services within set metrics and timelines.
  • Lead team development, conducting regular performance and KPI evaluations.
  • Manage feedback and handle escalations promptly.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
  • Support employees with compensation and payroll queries.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 4 years in HR with international SSC experience.
  • Proficiency in HR processes and related IT systems.
  • Strong SAP/SuccessFactors system skills.
  • Thorough understanding of payroll administration and German regulations.
  • Fluency in spoken and written German.
  • Effective English communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience working in global environments and building strong partnerships.
  • Familiarity with KPIs and HR shared services reporting.
