ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
  • Continuously optimize processes in personnel and payroll management.
  • Establish partnerships with various stakeholders – HR Business Partners, Organizational Development specialists, IT department, and internal clients.
  • Onboard new team members effectively through training and shared experiences.
  • Guide new employees to understand processes and procedures.
  • Participate in audits and implement findings.
  • Engage in projects to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement actions to improve work methods and team effectiveness.
  • Share knowledge within the team for competency development.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality services within set metrics and timelines.
  • Develop the team's potential, analyze results and KPIs regularly.
  • Manage feedback and escalations diligently.
  • Ensure accurate processing of payroll data and provide support for inquiries.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of HR experience.
  • Experience in an international SSC environment.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and relevant IT systems.
  • Proficiency in SAP/SuccessFactors systems.
  • Understanding of payroll administration and German regulations.
  • Fluency in German (verbal and written).
  • English proficiency for effective communication.
  • Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in an international setting and build strong partnerships.
  • Familiarity with KPIs and HR shared services reporting.
