ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The aim of the Campaign Executive role is to ensure top-notch execution of marketing campaigns targeting B2B & B2C in Baltic countries. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Campaign Manager on the activation plan, engaging with end market teams, and utilizing efficient tools to raise awareness among partners and consumers.

Effective organization & orchestration skills are crucial for managing stakeholders and achieving timely results. The role involves hybrid meetings at the Warsaw office and occasional business trips to Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia to grasp local nuances. Proficiency in English is essential to thrive in this international setting.

Reports to: Campaign Manager

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: Global

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
  • Supporting Campaign Manager in strategic and operational planning
  • Leading project groups and ensuring quality execution
  • Participating in operational meetings and contributing insights
  • Managing budget allocations and overseeing activations
  • Providing guidelines for POSM/Activation and tracking progress
  • Contributing to next year's activation plan
  • Serving as a point of contact for activation matters
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing/commercial experience in an international setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication and language skills (English & Polish)
  • Ability to drive agendas and engage stakeholders effectively
  • Team player with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Capacity to challenge the status quo and adapt to new perspectives
  • Target-driven, organized, and familiar with managing creative assets
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Management or similarWE ARE BAT
