Accounting Specialist Miejsce pracy:
Warszawa Your responsibilities Issuing and posting sales invoices
Posting of cost invoices (general and project invoices), bank statements, posting orders, accounting of costs over time, calculation of reserves, valuation of accounts
Reconciliation of accounting accounts, settlement accounts, confirmation of balances,
Participation in the month/quarter closing process
Preparation of VAT declarations, JPK files
Assisting in the preparation of other tax returns
Preparation of reports for internal purposes of the company and for state institutions,
Participation in work related to handling tax audits
Our requirements 3-5 years of experience in matrix organization, managing multiple entities
The successful candidate is native or fluent Polish speaker and have at least 2-3 years of experience in similar position
We need someone who speak English at least at an intermediate level
