Twój zakres obowiązków Wystawianie i księgowanie faktur sprzedaży,
księgowanie faktur kosztowych (ogólnych i projektowych), wyciągów bankowych, księgowanie zleceń, rozliczanie kosztów w czasie, obliczanie rezerw, wycena kont,
uzgadnianie kont księgowych, kont rozrachunkowych, potwierdzanie sald,
udział w procesie zamknięcia miesiąca/kwartału
Sporządzanie deklaracji VAT, plików JPK,
pomoc w przygotowaniu innych deklaracji podatkowych,
przygotowywanie raportów na potrzeby wewnętrzne firmy oraz dla instytucji państwowych,
Udział w pracach związanych z obsługą audytów podatkowych
Wymagania pracodawcy Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku
Znajomość zasad rachunkowości oraz przepisów podatkowych, w tym VAT
Umiejętność samodzielnego sporządzania i księgowania faktur sprzedaży oraz kosztowych
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2
Znajomość programów księgowych oraz pakietu MS Office, w szczególności Excel
Komunikatywność
