The Team

Mattel's Global Supply Chain Organization is a cornerstone for Mattel. Always evolving to support Mattel's amazing product portfolio and never a dull moment. Part of the EMEA Supply Chain team responsible for planning and customer fulfillment.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain, Pan-Europe, the Customer Fulfillment Associate Manager will maintain customer relationships, act as the primary point of contact for service issues, and conduct operational analytics.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Training and mentoring a team of Customer Fulfillment and Inventory Analysts
  • Developing strategic customer relationships - especially focusing on local language and cultural awareness
  • Ensuring inventory policies and fulfillment are properly managed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service levels while managing costs
  • Monitoring metrics closely and working with the central Order Management team
  • Ensuring compliance with customer data and order fulfillment regulations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Customer Fulfillment
  • Prior experience leading teams
  • Proficiency in English and local language
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with tangible outcomes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with KPIs, root cause analysis, and improvement initiatives
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and regional meetings
