As an Associate Customer Onboarding Manager, you play a crucial role in guiding large multinational companies in Northern Europe (UK, Benelux, Nordics) towards harnessing the full potential of EcoVadis in their sustainable procurement strategies. This position demands a blend of project management and leadership skills to effectively steer customers through the onboarding process.

  • Lead strategic corporate programs like sustainable procurement initiatives for clients, navigating them through cultural adjustments and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring customers integrate EcoVadis seamlessly into their procurement policies and practices.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to establish a solid foundation for customers' sustainable procurement objectives with EcoVadis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in areas like project management, SaaS/customer success, procurement, or consulting.
  • Familiarity with consulting methodologies and conducting workshops for senior executives.
  • Formal education (degree/masters) preferably in a related field (MBA, Supply Chain, Procurement etc.).
  • Deep understanding of procurement systems, processes, and their impact on sustainable procurement success.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English, additional languages a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
