Customer Onboarding Manager at EcoVadis

As an Associate Customer Onboarding Manager at EcoVadis, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers in Northern Europe (UK, Benelux, Nordics) establish a strong sustainable procurement foundation. Your responsibilities will involve conducting workshops, meetings, and guidance sessions to set up customers for success with EcoVadis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding programs for 10-15 accounts using a structured methodology toolbox
  • Customize the onboarding process to suit each customer's unique sustainability vision and procurement strategy
  • Engage with key stakeholders to provide guidance and insights throughout the onboarding phase
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Customer Success Managers and Account Managers
  • Track program implementation progress against timelines and key performance indicators
  • Contribute to the enhancement of onboarding methodologies and materials
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions
  • Support the sales team by highlighting the value of the onboarding program to prospects

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in project management, SaaS/customer success, or procurement
  • Proficiency in workshop methodologies and working with senior executives
  • Formal education in related fields like MBA, Supply Chain, or Procurement
  • Strong knowledge of procurement systems, processes, and trends
  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages a plus
  • Highly analytical with good Excel skills
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about sustainability and open to learning in this area
