Job Description :
As a Salesforce Administrator you will be instrumental in optimising and maintaining the Salesforce platform to drive efficiency and productivity across the organisation

Responsibilities:

  • Configuring and customising Salesforce to meet the specific needs of sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
  • Managing user access, roles, and profiles to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Designing and implementing workflows, process automation, and validation rules to streamline business processes.
  • Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide insights into key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
  • Providing training and support to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Staying informed about new Salesforce features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve system functionality and efficiency.

Profile / Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience working as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of successful implementations and system enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including but not limited to objects, fields, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good English skills suited for an international working environment.
  • Valid EU work permit.
