responsibilities :
Zarządzanie systemem Salesforce w zakresie standardowych funkcji administracyjnych m.in. obsługa kont użytkowników, ról i uprawnień, tworzenie raportów, dashboardów, reguł udostępniania i walidacji, automatyzacja procesów, monitoring środowiska, adopcji systemu, jakości danych, bieżące rozwiązywanie problemów oraz inne rutynowe zadania,
Wdrażanie dobrych praktyk w zakresie utrzymania systemu, w tym krytycznych aktualizacji i zarządzanych pakietów, bezpieczeństwa, wykonywania kopii zapasowych, itp.
Współpraca z Product Ownerem i zespołem produktowym w zakresie projektowania, konfiguracji i testów dostarczanych zmian funkcjonalnych,
Współpraca z wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi zespołami w celu śledzenia i obsługi błędów UAT i/lub walidacji po wdrożeniu zmian systemowych; prowadzenie dokumentacji zmian na platformie,
Współpraca z interesariuszami biznesowymi, aby zbierać i analizować wymagania oraz proponować rozwiązania wykorzystujące funkcjonalność Salesforce
Wdrożenia nowych oraz szkolenia obecnych użytkowników korzystania z systemu,
Monitoring i komunikacja zmian nadchodzących wersji systemu.

requirements-expected :
Masz co najmniej 3 letnie doświadczenie w pracy z systemem Salesforce w roli Administratora/Administratorki,
Posiadasz certyfikat administratora SFDC: Sales Cloud,
Masz biegłość w zakresie narzędzi konfiguracyjnych
Potrafisz ocenić wpływ nowych wymogów na Salesforce.com oraz na zintegrowane aplikacje, systemy i wdrożone procesy,
Posługujesz się językiem angielskim do czytania dokumentacji technicznej oraz obsługi konfiguracji,
Lubisz się uczyć i chcesz rozwijać swoje kompetencje,
Twoje mocne strony to wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności analitycznego myślenia oraz samodzielnego rozwiązywania problemów.
