About the job

In this position, your main responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Handling employee lifecycle processes from start to finish (e.g., payroll support, bonus calculations, time and attendance tracking, onboarding, offboarding, job transitions, schedule changes, etc.)
  • Providing top-notch HR services to employees and managers, addressing inquiries promptly, ensuring accurate data processing with all parties involved
  • Maintaining high data quality in HR systems, generating reports from Workday and time tracking system
  • Calculating bonuses, preparing payroll-related calculations, and verifying employees' attendance records
  • Conducting HR presentations, contributing to global and local HR projects
  • Updating operational manuals and creating knowledge resources

About you

As an enthusiastic professional, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment
  • Proficiency in Workday and Service Now, with Quinyx knowledge as a bonus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Understanding of payroll processes
  • Team player mindset with effective communication skills
  • Proactive and positive approach to challenges
