Opis Pracy

Job Summary:

In this role, you will deliver HR / Recruitment Administration activities to support Talent Acquisition team and the implementation of efficient and effective processes for all TA activities across the region. You will primarily focus on interview scheduling and engage with stakeholders from various levels (recruiters, interviewers, hiring managers and internal HR colleagues).

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Administration

- Manages the candidate database on the candidate tracking system (Workday)
- Supports team members with administration requests

Interview Process
- Responsible for full cycle coordination (requisition through hiring) of the recruiting & onboarding processes
- Schedules candidate interviews (video & in-person)
- Act as the main point of contact for all candidates throughout their interview process with the business
- Builds recruitment system knowledge
- Responds to requests from recruiters and hiring managers
- Ensures compliance with requisitions

Collaboration
- Partners with recruiters, hiring managers and HR colleagues to achieve an efficient, accurate & high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience
- Responds to queries and requests from hiring managers and recruiters

Onboarding
- Supports the offer and onboarding processes for new employees
- Ensures appropriate handover to HR Services for on boarding processes

Contracts
- Processes agency agreements
- Provides assistance on general contract administration

Requirements:

- Can do attitude, eager to learn and understand the whole recruitment process
- High attention to detail
- Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing workload
- Confident in communicating with various levels including senior leadership
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook calendar and invites
- You enjoy admin and interview scheduling as you will book ca. 30 interviews per week (80% of the role is interview scheduling)
- German & English skills B2+

Nice to have:

- Experience with diary management and meeting scheduling (ideally across different global time zones)
- Previous HR, recruitment, EA/PA or team assistant role
- Experience with Workday or any ATS system would be nice but can be learned during onboarding
