Opis stanowiska:

Jako Enterprise Delivery Manager będziesz odpowiadać za nadzorowanie pomyślnej realizacji złożonych projektów i programów dla naszych klientów. Rola ta obejmuje zarządzanie zespołami wielofunkcyjnymi, koordynację działań z różnymi interesariuszami i zapewnianie, że projekty są realizowane na czas, w ramach zakresu i budżetu. Jako Enterprise Delivery Manager będziesz kierować inicjatywami strategicznymi, ulepszać praktyki zarządzania projektami i zapewniać zgodność z celami i zadaniami organizacji.

Kluczowe Obowiązki:

Zarządzanie projektami i programami:

  • Kieruj planowaniem, realizacją i realizacją projektów i programów dla przedsiębiorstw.
  • Definiowanie zakres projektu, cele i produkty cząstkowe we współpracy z wyższą kadrą kierowniczą i interesariuszami.
  • Opracowanie szczegółowych planów projektu, w tym harmonogramy, alokację zasobów i zarządzanie budżetem.

Zarządzanie interesariuszami:

  • Pełnienie funkcję głównego punktu kontaktowego dla interesariuszy projektu, w tym kadry kierowniczej wyższego szczebla, klientów i dostawców.
  • Ułatwianie komunikacji i współpracy między zainteresowanymi stronami, aby zapewnić zgodność projektu i przejrzystość.
  • Zarządzanie oczekiwaniami interesariuszy i regularne dostarczanie aktualizacji statusu dotyczące postępu projektu.

Prowadzenie zespołu:

  • Gromadzenie i prowadzenie zespołów projektowych, zapewniając efektywną współpracę i wydajność.
  • Dbanie o pozytywne i produktywne środowisko zespołowe, promując rozwój zawodowy.

Zarządzanie ryzykiem:

  • Identyfikowanie ryzyka i problemów związanych z projektem.
  • Opracowanie planów awaryjnych i wdrażanie strategi zarządzania ryzykiem.
  • Monitorowanie stan projektu i aktywne podchodzenie do potencjalnych wyzwań, aby zapewnić sukces w projekcie

Doskonalenie procesów:

  • Ulepszanie procesów, narzędzi i metodologii zarządzania projektami.
  • Wdrażanie najlepszych praktyk i inicjatyw ciągłego doskonalenia, aby zoptymalizować realizację projektów.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności ze standardami organizacyjnymi i przepisami branżowymi.

Edukacja:

  • Licencjat z administracji biznesowej, informatyki, technologii informatycznych lub pokrewnej dziedziny.

Doświadczenie:

  • Minimum 8 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu projektami i programami, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem projektów na poziomie enterprise.
  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie w skutecznej realizacji złożonych projektów na dużą skalę, na czas i w ramach budżetu.
  • Doświadczenie w kierowaniu zespołami wielofunkcyjnymi i zarządzaniu wieloma projektami jednocześnie.

Umiejętności techniczne:

  • Biegła znajomość oprogramowania i narzędzi do zarządzania projektami (np. MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Dobra znajomość metodologii zarządzania projektami (np. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Znajomość systemów i infrastruktury informatycznej przedsiębiorstwa.

  • Doskonałe umiejętności przywódcze i zarządzania zespołem.
  • Silne umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów i zdolności analityczne.
  • Wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne.
  • Umiejętność zarządzania wieloma priorytetami i dostosowywania się do zmieniających się potrzeb biznesowych.
  • Myślenie strategiczne i zmysł biznesowy.
  • Język angielski na poziomie minimum B2.
