Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers in Europe
  • Provide precise information and assistance to customers via dedicated chat
  • Guide customers on utilizing FedEx services and tools
  • Assist customers with clearance processes in multiple countries
  • Resolve service-related issues by furnishing accurate and complete information
  • Identify new business opportunities with customers
  • Adhere to the calendars of European countries
  • Collaborate with other FedEx teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and navigating different systems
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (B2/C1)
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and adept problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence, empathy, and friendliness towards customers
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic business environments
  • Willingness to work shifts during Polish bank holidays and rotational shifts between 6:30 am - 8:00 pm
