Customer Key Care Representative
To your tasks will belong:

  • comprehensive service of key customers
  • handling incoming correspondence for dedicated team queues
  • entering data into the system and preparing reports for selected strategic Clients
  • correspondence with foreign branches and teams from around the world
  • hotline support - receiving incoming calls from both dedicated Customers and general hotline support
  • processing complaints
  • cooperation with sales teams to ensure the highest quality customer service
  • building positive relationships when interacting with Key Customers

  • proficient in Polish and English – both spoken and written – at least B2 level
  • computer literacy and ability to navigate easily between different screens and systems
  • excellent communication skills
  • positive approach to problem-solving to find the best solutions for customers
