The Job Opening

Join our Business Process Architecture team in the search for a dedicated member to contribute to designing new operating models, optimizing business processes, and supporting change initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, product managers, and operational experts to enhance Customer Services processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to build a global network within Worldline, gain insights into diverse market offerings, and help shape the future of Worldline as a leading Payment Provider.

The primary focus of this role will be on the Estey project, aimed at ensuring the success of CAWL (a Joint Venture between Worldline and Crédit Agricole).

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and refine end-to-end processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT architects and operational experts to clarify operational aspects.
  • Design and document target business processes using standardized formats, including BPMN flow diagrams.
  • Develop the target operating model.
  • Work closely with the Training and Quality team to enhance Operational Excellence.
  • Provide consultation to project and product managers on optimizing Customer Services processes and procedures.
  • Lead process improvements and standardization across the global MS Customer Services organization.
  • Represent MS Customer Services in strategic programs like Estey (CAWL) concerning process design and harmonization.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses, reporting, and support improvement initiatives on behalf of Line, Program, or Project Management.
  • Act as the local contact point for stakeholders, such as the Fraud team.

Desired Qualifications

We seek individuals who are forward-thinkers, ready to drive positive change with a proactive mindset and a desire to learn and grow. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Proficiency in Business Process Methodology.
  • Familiarity with WL Red products and tools like Sage, SCS, and iPASS.
  • Experience in defining and maintaining processes, preferably within the COO department.
  • Keen attention to detail and high accuracy levels.
  • Proactive self-starter attitude.
  • Fluency in English and preferably French.
  • Capability to lead workshops and present to senior audiences.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Team player with a drive to achieve goals.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks, manage them effectively, and deliver on time with precision.
  • Excellent communication skills for an international environment.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
