Leadership in Software Development:
At least 5 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role, overseeing software development and technology operations.

Technical Expertise:
Extensive hands-on experience with cloud and virtual infrastructures.

Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices.

Strategic and Innovative Thinking:

Technology Stack Knowledge:
Proficiency in programming languages/frameworks such as , PHP (Symfony), JavaScript (Angular), Python, and Java.
Familiarity with storage like PostgreSQL, Redis, KSQL, and Kafka.

Experience with monitoring and infrastructure tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, ELK + OpenSearch, AWS, Terraform, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and GitLab.

Understanding of security tools like SonarQube, and SonarLint.

Management Skills:
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Experience managing technology budgets and resources effectively.
