Jako Head of Development w Green Capital będziesz odpowiedzialny za nadzór nad nowymi projektami tzw. “greenfield development”, aż do momentu RtB czyli projektu gotowego do budowy. 
.

Twoje zadania:

  • Kierowanie zespołem specjalistów z obszarów projektowych, środowiskowych i energetycznych, motywowanie i inspirowanie ich do osiągania zamierzonych celów..
  • Monitorowanie i zapewnienie zgodności z lokalnymi przepisami i regulacjami dotyczącymi energetyki odnawialnej.
  • Kierowanie procesem uzyskiwania niezbędnych zezwoleń i pozwoleń, we współpracy z zespołem prawnym i specjalistami ds. regulacji.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności z lokalnymi przepisami i regulacjami, byśmy nie tylko spełniali standardy, ale również je przewyższali.
  • Nadzorowanie portfela projektów, które zmieniają oblicze naszej planety.

Wymagamy:

  • Ponad 5 lat udokumentowanego doświadczenia w zakresie rozwoju projektów energetycznych, z udokumentowanymi sukcesami w realizacji projektów od fazy greenfield do RTB.
  • Doskonałej znajomości sektora energetycznego i rynku OZE, a także wiedzy na temat bieżących i nadchodzących trendów w energetyce.
  • Umiejętności przywódczych, które inspirują i mobilizują do działania.
  • Charyzmy, która otwiera drzwi i pozwala osiągać cele nawet w najbardziej wymagających sytuacjach.
  • Zorientowania na wynik, samodzielności i umiejętności podejmowania decyzji w warunkach nacisku.
  • Niezrównanej przedsiębiorczości i umiejętności negocjacyjnych.
  • Wewnętrznej motywacji, która napędza Cię do osiągania sukcesów.
  • Uważności, zarówno na przekaz werbalny, jak i niewerbalny, która pozwala Ci znaleźć kreatywne rozwiązania w każdej sytuacji.
  • Znajomości języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym.
