stage 3: additional meeting with the client if needed min)

your daily tasks
  • Registering HR data in the HR system. Depending on the target team, this may include data related to hiring, transfers, terminations, contract changes, leaves, etc.
  • Preparing HR documentation, such as employment contracts, employment certificates, and ad hoc reference letters. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all generated documents.
  • Providing HR support by responding to HR inquiries and issues via the ticketing system.
  • Ensuring compliance of all documentation and requests with company policies and legal requirements. Maintaining high standards of compliance and confidentiality in processing employee information.
  • Actively contributing to the improvement of procedures and processes to increase customer satisfaction, improve efficiency, and achieve organizational goals. Participating in projects related to change requests.
  • Individuals who value customer satisfaction
  • With good knowledge of German and English (both spoken and written)
  • Detail-oriented and with analytical thinking skills
  • Education in the field of HR and payroll or finance will be an additional advantage
