As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for product marketing and brand management related to all products – current and in development. You will be responsible for formulating short and long term strategy for the Polish subsidiary of Biocodex and driving product diversification and identifying business growth. As part of the Leadership Team, you will promote work in line with the company's values.

Formulate and develop strategies concerning the Biocodex portfolio in line with the organization's mission, vision and strategy in order to contribute to the realization of the organization's objectives;

Define the resources necessary to carry out the defined plan (financial and human), confirm or modify the plan / budget according to the changes;

Monitor and analyze the profitability of each brand in collaboration with controlling. Implement an action plan if necessary;

Facilitate the process of discovery, learning and ownership among employees and empower them to become a force of ideas and decisions, build and develop talents within Marketing department.

Identify market opportunities and customer targets through competitive analysis, positioning, and marketing strategy assessments. Identify specific distribution or channel issues and provide appropriate management.

Your Qualifications :

University degree in a relevant field such as Marketing or Management

Min. 7-8 years of experience in senior marketing position with proven track record of success

Preferably, experience in working with HCPs and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry

Flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment

Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) is a must

Competent in communicating strategies and executing tactics

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Experience managing a team of more than three individuals and proven ability to develop talents

Customer-oriented approach

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Your Mission
