Aktualnie nasza organizacja liczy ponad 180 osób, natomiast cały czas szukamy ambitnych ludzi, którzy razem z nami chcą rozwijać Portale Pracy Przyszłości Do naszego działu Marketingu B2B szukamy Senior Email & Lead Gen Specialist, który we współpracy z zespołem Performance pomoże nam realizować efektywne kampanie marketingowe oraz e-mailowe. Do Twoich obowiązków będzie należało:

  • Projektowanie i realizacja zautomatyzowanych kampanii marketingowych dostosowanych do segmentów klientów B2B, we współpracy z zespołem Performance,
  • Analizowanie wydajności kampanii do segmentów klientów przy użyciu CRM i innych narzędzi analitycznych,
  • Przygotowanie i egzekucja strategii e-mail marketingu dla klientów B2B, w tym newsletterów, kampanii promocyjnych i e-maili transakcyjnych,
  • Optymalizacja projektu wiadomości e-mail, treści i komunikatów w celu zapewnienia wysokiego współczynnika otwarć i kliknięć,
  • Opracowywanie procesów pozyskiwania leadów (MQLs),
  • Wdrażanie modeli scoringowych w celu priorytetyzacji potencjalnych klientów dla działu sprzedaży.

Oczekujemy:

  • Doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku: co najmniej 4 lata,
  • Znajomości języka angielskiego na poziomie C1 oraz polskiego na poziomie C2,
  • Analitycznego umysłu, umiejętności pracy na liczbach i analizy wyników,
  • Znajomości arkuszy kalkulacyjnych na poziomie co najmniej średnim (tabele przestawne, wyszukaj pionowo),
  • Znajomości narzędzi do email marketing i marketing automation/CRM, np. Mailchimp, getresponse, pipedrive,
  • Znajomości narzędzi analitycznych z rodziny Google (GA4 oraz GTM) na poziomie średnim,
  • Samodzielności, otwartości na zmiany i kulturę startupową,
  • Umiejętności pracy w zespole i między działami,
  • Dynamicznego i efektywnego podejścia do powierzonych zadań.

Wynagrodzenie

B2B: zł netto + vat LUB Umowa o pracę: zł brutto

Dodatkowo możesz liczyć na:

  • W kolejnym etapie spotkasz się zMarcinem z zespołu HR.
  • Ostatni etap to rozmowa techniczna z B2B Marketing Managerką -Dagną , prowadzona częściowo w języku angielskim. Przed jej rozpoczęciem otrzymasz również zadanie do wykonania.
  • Na koniec możesz spodziewać się oferty, bądź telefonicznego feedbacku z podziękowaniem za udział w procesie rekrutacji.
