Job Description

As a Scheduling and T&A Specialist, you will ensure the quality of scheduling in the region. Analyse scheduling results and act together with sales market teams to optimize selling, customer experience, and cost through better scheduling.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular scheduled follow-up reports and actively look for selling and customer experience potentials.
  • Conduct regular follow ups to monitor how managers work with scheduling and T&A systems.
  • Monitor available reports and reacts on inappropriate scheduling and misuse of the system.
  • Analyse working hours calculation to look for potentials to reduce unnecessary salary costs.
  • Deliver reports and feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Initiate necessary updates of training contents.
  • Closely and actively cooperate dwith Regional Controlling Team and relevant stakeholders to increase quality of schedule.
Qualifications

To be successful in the role as Scheduling and T&A Specialist, we believe you are a team player with a proactive and helpful approach, fostering collaboration and collective success. You have a positive mindset, where you are eager, optimistic and motivated when interacting with colleagues and customers.

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong analytic and planning skills, structure oriented, results driven.
  • Experience on a position of Store Manager or extended experience as a Department Manager.
  • Problem solving approach with creative mindset towards new solutions.
  • Deep understanding and experience of planning and scheduling logic.
  • Computer skills including very good Excel skills.
  • Deep knowledge of labour law related with scheduling and good knowledge of Internal Work Regulations.
  • Discreet (works with payroll data).
  • English B2 (Upper Intermediate).
  • Power Bi skills are beneficial.
Additional Information

This is a full-time position with local contract, located in Warsaw, Poland. The Scheduling and T&A Specialist is part of Regional Controlling Department and reports to Regional Scheduling and T&A Manager.
