What you'll do:
  • Lead and oversee the marketing department, ensuring high-performance standards and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies across various platforms, including pupunder, clickunder, and native networks, to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, emerging trends, and lucrative opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to facilitate ongoing enhancements.
What's required:
  • Extensive experience in managing marketing teams, with a focus on media buying.
  • Demonstrated expertise as a media buyer, particularly in pupunder, clickunder, and native networks.
  • Deep understanding of media buying platforms, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Track record of driving successful media campaigns and achieving key business objectives.
