We're looking for a highly skilled Art Team Leader to lead a full cycle of Art Creation in all aspects of our game along with a talented team of Artists and Animators.

  • Artistic & Visual direction for all new features, reskins and other game core assets
  • Make sure implementation process is done properly
  • Responsible for all art deliveries in terms of quality, timeframes & follow the brand's tone
  • Challenge & develop the team to maximize their professional skills
  • In charge of team members personal development
  • Encourage experimentation and innovation
  • Transparent dialog with the PO's / other departments
  • Closely involved in hand-pick projects (including 'hands on' work)
  • Explore new tools, technologies and work methods
  • Collaborate with R&D to optimize Performance vs Quality
  • Manage and monitor projects done by external suppliers
  • Experience in Art positions or Art direction
  • 2+ years of experience leading Art teams larger than 3 people
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively organize the process in stressful situations
  • Flexible mindset, business goals orientation
  • Solid expertise with any task manager as Jira, Asana etc.
  • Good English speaking and writing skills
  • Rich and diverse art portfolio
