Join us in this role where you'll lead the development of strategic initiatives for Global People Services (GPS). You'll have the unique opportunity to combine process, digital, strategy, and project management with your interest, and probably experience in HR service topics. You'll work on a wide range of topics, such as building the case for a global time & payroll solution and many other projects that will create value for all our employees.

Welcome to Global People Services
You'll be part of GPS Maturation team where you, together with your colleagues, will be part of a global group of colleagues. You'll drive the scoping, maturation of business case, development and, in some cases, the execution of strategic projects in collaboration with our Global People Services management team and colleagues across the organisation. As a team, we work in a fast-paced environment with high ambitions for our organisation. Our achievements are rooted in caring collaboration where we utilise each other's strengths and support each other.

You'll play an important role in:

  • analysing, scoping, planning, and developing projects where you lead project teams to gather and analyse data, define scope, and build a solid business case; in some projects you also lead the development and implementation
  • building decision material to senior management
  • supporting the Head of GPS Maturation with pipelines of new opportunities for developing the area
  • supporting the management team in GPS with potential cases on how to deliver best-in-class people services
  • collaborating closely with colleagues in our GPS operations teams as well as in our People & Culture organisation and other areas as you'll get a very broad stakeholder landscape
  • actively coaching junior colleagues in the team and on inter-functional project teams.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a strong project management toolbox and an excellent analytical mindset and are confident in calculation of cases with proven problem-solving skills
  • have the ability to independently scope projects, adeptly work with ambiguity, and ensure adherence to tight deadlines
  • have a flair for stakeholder management and building relationships, incl. having the ability to lead team members in projects or in a cross-business engagement both formally and informally
  • are used to communicating complex topics in a clear and concise manner to management both verbally and in writing
  • are a highly appreciated colleague who likes to collaborate as a team.
