Twój zakres obowiązków

  • prowadzenie rejestrów kluczowych terminów (badania techniczne, legalizacja tachografów, przeglądy okresowe, kontrakty serwisowo - naprawcze)
  • monitorowanie stanu technicznego pojazdów ciężarowych
  • organizowanie obsługi okresowej oraz napraw pojazdów ciężarowych w serwisach partnerskich oraz w serwisie własnym
  • kontrola zasadności oraz kosztów napraw
  • nadzór nad wyposażeniem pojazdów, kartami flotowymi, urządzeniami do poboru opłat drogowych, ewidencją opon
  • prowadzenie dokumentacji pojazdów
  • zarządzanie kontraktami serwisowo – naprawczymi
  • zarządzanie zespołem kierowców
  • optymalizacja kosztów zakupu i użytkowania pojazdów, w tym ceny pojazdów, napraw, kosztów paliwowych, ubezpieczeń itd.
  • współpraca z działami powiązanymi

Nasze wymagania

  • doświadczenie minimum rok
  • znajomość podstawowych zagadnień w zakresie obsługi i eksploatacji pojazdów ciężarowych
  • umiejętność podejmowania szybkich i optymalnych decyzji
  • umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
  • doskonała organizacja pracy
  • umiejętność zarządzania podległym personelem
  • podstawowa znajomość języka ukraińskiego lub/i rosyjskiego oraz angielskiego
  • znajomość MS Excel
  • masz stały kontakt z pozostałymi działami firmy,
  • pracujesz skąd chcesz, samemu planując swój czas pracy,
  • masz dostęp do autorskich szkoleń,
  • zapewniamy Ci dostęp do najnowszych technologii i rozwiązań spedycyjnych,
  • masz możliwość realizacji własnych pomysłów i brania udziału w tworzeniu nowych projektów.

2. Rozmowa wstępna z wybranymi kandydatami (telefoniczna z działem rekrutacji, około 15 minut) – chcemy dowiedzieć się trochę więcej na Twój temat, opowiedzieć Ci o możliwościach rozwoju i odpowiedzieć na Twoje pytania.

Po rozmowie wstępnej otrzymasz od nas materiały m.in. umowę do wglądu, kalkulator prowizyjny, a także filmy dt firmy, strategii i możliwości rozwojowych.

3. To czas dla Ciebie na zapoznanie się z naszą ofertą. Bez względu na to jaką podjąłeś decyzje, daj nam znać.

4. Rozmowa z Managerem – forma rozmowy do uzgodnienia.

5. Rozmowa z Prezesem – online, bo zdajemy sobie sprawę, że czas to pieniądz, a odległości są po to by je skracać.
