Job Title: Sales Controller GSA Region

Welcome to our team If you're looking for a thrilling opportunity in the German Finance Team, based in Poznan, then you've come to the right place. As the Sales Controller GSA Region, you'll be at the core of driving sales and business development for Gerflor in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and monitor sales performance and business results by segment/product
  • Act as a Business Partner for Sales and Finance Managers
  • Contribute to business development plans
  • Analyze and validate investment plans
  • Deliver insightful reports to the Group
  • Coordinate budgeting processes
  • Oversee internal control measures and ensure compliance
  • Identify efficiency improvement opportunities

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance/Business Administration
  • Min. 5 years of experience in international business/Sales controlling
  • In-depth knowledge of business finance and analytical skills
  • Experience in preparing business reports
  • Good knowledge of IFRS standard
  • Adaptability and strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools
  • Business fluent English skills, German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
