We are always looking for top-notch individuals to join our ever-growing talent team. The Senior Manager, Problem Management, leads the problem management function within the organization. This role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and resolving incidents to prevent future occurrences. The Senior Manager collaborates closely with Incident Management, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, Engineering teams, and Risk and Compliance departments to ensure effective implementation of improvement actions aligned with regulatory requirements.

What you will do:
  • Problem Management Leadership: Manage the end-to-end problem management process, including detection, analysis, resolution, and documentation
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify trends and underlying issues in incidents to prevent future occurrences. Implement practices for enhancing system stability and performance
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to align problem resolution with business objectives and compliance standards
  • Root Cause Analysis: Lead root cause analysis efforts post incidents to address core issues effectively
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of problems, report progress, and trends to senior IT management and stakeholders
  • Risk Mitigation: Ensure problem management practices comply with regulatory requirements and mitigate risks effectively


Requirements:
  • Domain Experience: Proven experience in problem management or a similar role in a technology-driven environment, preferably in the fintech sector
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development life cycles, and SRE practices. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, particularly in problem management
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of conducting complex root cause analysis under tight deadlines
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects and driving change across multiple teams and departments
  • Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the fintech environment


Would be a plus:
  • Ability to communicate in Russian and Polish
