Global Process Manager for Incident & Problem with oversight of ServiceNow backlogs
If you want to lead the charge in ensuring our crucial IT processes and ServiceNow platform truly benefit the organization, then you could be the perfect fit for our team as the new Global Process Manager in Global IT.
As the Global Process Manager, your main responsibilities will revolve around designing, implementing, and managing the global Incident and Problem processes. Additionally, you will oversee and prioritize the ServiceNow support backlogs to guarantee seamless alignment within the system. This role will entail close collaboration with different process communities within Global IT teams and the ServiceNow team.

Main responsibilities of the Global Process Manager include:
- Defining and guiding the process direction to deliver agreed-upon value across Global IT and DSV business units
- Managing the ServiceNow backlog to enhance value for DSV
- Fostering Process Communities with key stakeholders across Global IT
- Ensuring thorough documentation of processes and providing adequate training for efficient operations
- Proactively monitoring process performance across Global IT using metrics, KPIs, and reporting
To excel in this role, you ideally possess:
- Extensive experience in process management at strategic, tactical, and operational levels
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and backlog management
- Prior exposure to an international, large-scale IT setting
- Effective stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels
- Strong facilitation and communication abilities
- Self-motivation with a positive can-do attitude, along with a keen eye for both the big picture and finer details to drive continuous enhancements
- Relevant educational background, certifications, and practical process expertise are advantageous
- Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal
