Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko:
Senior Python Developer
Projekt: Firma produktowa o profilu medycznym.
Metodyka pracy: SCRUM.
Model współpracy: 2x w miesiącu wizyta w biurze (Warszawa).
Forma współpracy: B2B.
Wynagrodzenie: PLN / msc + VAT.
Dostępność: Akceptujemy 3-miesięczny okres wypowiedzenia.
Oczekujemy
Minimum 4-letniego doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku.
Doświadczenie w działaniach związanych z zarządzaniem aplikacjami i obsługą usług ITIL.
Silny komunikator i facylitator z umiejętnością wyjaśniania IT użytkownikom końcowym.
Solidne doświadczenie zarówno w zarządzaniu dostawcami, jak i umowami.
Bardzo dobrej znajomości angielskiego (B2).
Zadania
Eskalacja przestojów i błędów krytycznych – komunikacja z dostawcami.
Analiza i wyjaśnianie zapytań u dostawców.
Ponowne testowanie w celu potwierdzenia naprawienia błędów przez dostawców.
Proaktywne monitorowanie i raportowanie zespołom produktowym niezbędnych prac utrzymaniowych (np. konieczności aktualizacji wersji).
Zarządzanie i optymalizacja umów z dostawcami (optymalizacja SLA, kosztów itp.).
