Opis stanowiska

Na czym polegać będzie Twoja praca

  • Będziesz zarządzać pracą kilkuosobowego zespołu Customer Insights and Analysis (z Poznania i Warszawy)
  • Weźmiesz odpowiedzialność za globalny pomiar i analizę kluczowych wskaźników customer experience - NPS, cSAT i CR (Contact Rate)
  • Będziesz przeprowadzać benchmarking NPS Allegro Mall Group w porównaniu z konkurencją
  • Zajmiesz się opracowaniem raportów, prezentacji i analiz dotyczących wyników kluczowych wskaźników CX
  • Będziesz współpracować z innymi działami w celu ustalenia działań naprawczych i poprawy satysfakcji klientów
  • Weźmiesz odpowiedzialność za regularną komunikację wyników badań NPS oraz wskaźnika CR w ramach spotkań zarządczych, dostarczanie wniosków i rekomendacji prowadzących do usprawnień obsługi i procesów

Szukamy osób, które

  • Mają minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w analizie danych, zarządzaniu projektami lub w obszarze customer insights oraz 2-letnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem
  • Posiadają wykształcenie wyższe (np. matematyka, statystyka, socjologia lub pokrewne)
  • Znają metodologię badań ilościowych, w szczególności NPS i mają doświadczenie w zarządzaniu tym wskaźnikiem na poziomie globalnym
  • Mają doskonałe umiejętności analityczne, zdolność do identyfikowania trendów i rekomendowania działań na podstawie danych
  • Komunikują się w sposób jasny i rzeczowy oraz potrafią zmotywować zespół
  • Potrafią klarownie się komunikować z kadrą zarządzającą oraz przedstawicielami jednostek biznesowych
  • Znają język angielski na poziomie co najmniej B2
  • Są otwarte na podróże służbowe na linii Poznań-Warszawa / Warszawa-Poznań
