About this opportunity:

Welcome to the Payments DK team. We focus on adding value by ensuring that Nordea customers can make payments according to their preferences and that our company offers a payment service that encourages customers to choose us as their primary payment provider. As a Process Officer in the Payments DK Team, your role will be essential in delivering daily services to our customers in Denmark.


What you'll be doing:
  • Ensuring process sustainability and meeting agreed service levels
  • Acquiring in-depth process knowledge to deliver the required service levels
  • Handling routine tasks with high quality and within set deadlines by following guidelines and work procedures
  • Identifying and suggesting areas for improvement within your responsibility to enhance process efficiency, reduce operational risks, and costs
  • Developing and maintaining documentation and procedures
  • Representing the unit professionally to enhance Nordea's reputation
  • Working within a Scandinavian environment

You will be part of a highly skilled team, collaborating with stakeholders in the international finance industry, and expanding your knowledge in the Banking sector. You will be engaged in various tasks and projects, delivering top performance for different business areas that shape the future of the Nordea banking industry. This role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

  • Proficient in English at a communicative level (at least B2)
  • High proficiency in MS Office tools

  • Any financial background would be a valuable asset
