Dla naszego Klienta, globalnej firmy produkcyjnej, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Customer Service Manager.

Obowiązki:

kierowanie i koordynacja pracy w dziale Customer Service,

zapewnienie optymalnej obsługi klienta zgodnie z obowiązującymi zasadami,

optymalizacja obsługi procesów kosztowych,

koordynacja i tworzenie procedur oraz procesów,

koordynacja i priorytetyzacja planów produkcji we współpracy z Centralnym Planowaniem,

współpraca z Działem Transportu i Logistyki w celu zapewnienia terminowości i odpowiedniej jakości dostaw do klientów,

odpowiedzialność za wskaźniki jakościowe i dokumentację systemową dotyczącą klientów oraz zamówień.

Wymagania:

wykształcenie wyższe,

min. 3-letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku wraz z kierowaniem działem Customer Service, preferowane w obszarze produkcyjnym,

znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie swobodnej komunikacji w mowie i piśmie (min. B2),

doświadczenie w dynamicznie zmieniającym się środowisku pracy,

umiejętność zapewnienia wysokiej jakości obsługi klienta,

komunikatywność, wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne.
