What can you do with us?

  • Design cutting-edge system and data architecture to propel our software product forward.
  • Collaborate with others (e.g., Developers, DevOps Engineers, Testers, BAs) to translate business and technical needs into architectural designs.
  • Work hand in hand with other programmers to develop the product – we need someone who still wants to get programming tasks .
  • Be the go-to expert on Java-based platforms, databases, networks, and cloud solutions to help our team implement the best practices and coding standards.
  • Craft architectural documentation, blueprints, and diagrams that capture the essence of our design decisions and guide our implementation teams.
  • Ensure the integrity and compatibility of system and data architecture components across different systems and platforms.
  • Participate in troubleshooting if necessary to help resolve difficult issues with i.e. performance or data processing.

What skills and experience should you bring to

  • Proven experience as an architect, preferably with a focus on AI and/or Big Data projects.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Java-based platforms, including proficiency in Java programming.
  • Strong expertise in designing and optimizing databases, networks, and cloud solutions.
  • Practical experience in Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Hexagonal Architecture, Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS) and other architectural patterns.
  • Familiarity with a variety of database management systems and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to translate business needs into efficient solutions and address problems both in the short and long term.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization and explain technical concepts to customers.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Polish.

Our stack is based on Java 17, Spring Boot, Docker, Apache Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL. There is also some C#, C++ and Python. We use cloud solutions (OVH, but also AWS, Azure).
