For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Business Support Officer

You'll join Technology Business Services team in CIO Office / Technology where they support and help strategic leaders seamlessly through their daily tasks. You'll be dedicated to the Business Support Service and provide personal assistance and support tailored to Strategic Leaders in Technology.

Your tasks may include:

  • Calendar management
  • Meeting and event facilitation
  • Assistance towards guests/stakeholders
  • Setting up interviews
  • Presentation support
  • Daily management tasks and follow-up
  • Minutes and actions
  • Communication-related tasks
  • Assistance in the office

Your profile and background:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience of working in an international environment
  • Experience in planning and organizing but also analyzing and researching. (Professional level)
  • Professional experience in service-related or PA role
  • You are a Team player
  • Positive attitude and inclination to learn and adapt as necessary
  • Experienced user of Microsoft suite especially Outlook
  • B2B agreement
