In a nutshell

Working as part of the Change Management IT team, you are responsible for change and project management excellence by ensuring that key artifacts and actions related to these areas are delivered, managed, and measured in line with IPF Digital and Group standards. You ensure that project management standards and good practices are known, followed, and transparent across the organization.

Your daily tasks:

  • Maintain change and project management documents, tools, and templates in line with IPF Digital standards
  • Ensure that all change and project artifacts (scope, delivery plan, RAID, status reports) are stored and available as per policy and audit requirements
  • Maintain and actively drive the stakeholder management and the communication plan of the change and projects in alignment with Digital Change Management Lead and Project Managers
  • Prepare IT teams metrics and reports and distribute them to Head of Change Management and IT Director
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and data extracts for audit and regulatory purposes
  • Act as a project management subject matter expert and share project management tools and good practices with business teams to promote and execute IPF Digital project management standards
  • Continuously explore and experiment with possibilities leading to improving team's performance through application of Data and AI
  • Own IT teams morale survey, distribute it and provide survey summary to key stakeholders, and track trends over time
  • Support the Change Management team to ensure effective change, projects, and programmes management

Skills

  • Fluent in verbal and written business English
  • Team player with solid multi-tasking
  • Ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities
  • Highly self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Organised and methodical
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Advanced PC skills (MS Office), particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint experience

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Understanding of agile and project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools

Experience

  • Experience within a project management team environment
  • Project support, coordination, management
  • Project management information preparation (including presentations, analysis, and reports)
  • International experience

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent qualified
  • Certification in project management (nice to have)

Other

  • Ability to prioritize a varied workload and manage frequent interruptions
  • Interest in AI and new technologies
  • Desire to develop in the project management field
