Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our client's platform.
- Offer top-notch product support to customers, collaborating with them to effectively resolve issues via email, chat, and phone.

- Communicate thoughtfully to provide solutions to queries from both technical and non-technical users, while supporting a wide array of technologies.

- Diagnose and resolve software problems and handle escalated customer complaints using established procedures.
- Provide assistance and advice on non-technical related inquiries (e.g., marketing, sales, or other e-commerce setup questions).
- Communicate effectively and considerately with all customers.
- Record troubleshooting and issue resolution steps.

Requirements:


- A skilled communicator who excels at conveying messages through various mediums requiring both written and verbal abilities.

- Enthusiastic about solving problems creatively for customers and end users.
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and thrives in a team-oriented setting.
- Capable of quickly adapting to shifting priorities.

Experience with or can swiftly grasp:

  • Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Zendesk, and Salesforce
