Job Title: Market & Commercial Excellence Sr Analyst

The Market & Commercial Excellence Sr Analyst role is an integral part of shaping our go-to-market strategy by streamlining commercial processes within S+N for the DACH & UKINOR region.

What will you be doing?

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
  • Reporting key performance indicators related to sales activities for enhanced efficiency
  • Collaborating with internal teams to mitigate risks and deliver crucial metrics to stakeholders
  • Assisting in customer segmentation and targeting through insightful analytics
  • Owning the geomapping program to optimize sales territories based on market insights
  • Driving field sales coverage optimization and conducting cost & effectiveness analyses
  • Supporting strategic projects across the region with commercial expertise

What will you need to be successful?

  • 2-5 years of experience in a commercial or financial role (healthcare exposure preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools (Salesforce experience advantageous)
  • Fluency in business English (German proficiency is a bonus)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to navigate a dynamic market
  • Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset
