Technical Sales Support Engineer with Polish and English

What you will enjoy doing to succeed in this role:

  • Provide unparalleled technical guidance to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Build connections with suppliers, the RS Pro team, and Product Managers to expand knowledge and boost confidence.
  • Enhance knowledge within RS Components by providing training to colleagues.
  • Drive sales and marketing activities, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
  • Collaborate effectively with local product and supplier managers to share knowledge and best practices.

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

  • Proficiency in English and Polish.
  • Qualifications in automation engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics technology, or electrical work.
  • Strong analytical skills with a logical thinking approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills in conveying complex information and guiding action based on analysis.
  • Commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
