What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:

Empower our customers with unparalleled technical guidance through telephone, email, and live chat interactions. Foster connections with suppliers, the RS Pro team, and Product Managers to expand knowledge and build confidence, actively contributing to the growth of RS Pro.

Become a catalyst for knowledge enhancement within RS Components, providing training for colleagues to elevate their skills. Align with our vision, actively engaging in set activities and goals, while infusing fresh ideas and initiatives into the department.

Take charge of driving sales-oriented and marketing activities, showcasing your initiative and adaptability. Actively participate in exhibitions and customer/supplier visits, showcasing our commitment to excellence.

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

  • Good level of English and fluent Polish.
  • Qualifications in automation engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics technology, electrical work, or similar.
  • Engineering or technical education background demonstrating depth of knowledge.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a logical and structured thinking approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly adept at conveying complex information, data, and guiding action based on process/systems activities and analysis.
  • Commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
