AR Team Leader Miejsce pracy:
Warszawa Your responsibilities Managing great Team of professionals – setting individual and team goals, providing feedback, conducting employee evaluations ensuring further development of employees, recruiting new talents and creating learning atmosphere among team members
Supervising and coordinating AR processes – collection activities, cash application with clearing, adjustements management, dispute management and other period end closing activities
Ensuring compliance of Accounts Receivables operations with company policies, processes and internal controls
Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors and ensuring all communications and queries are properly addressed
Improving operational effectiveness and efficiency by proposing improvements activities
Providing guidance, on-going support and development for the team
Acting as point of contact for all process/people related escalations
Assisting in internal and external audit processes
Our requirements +6 years of experience in AR team (preferably SSC/BPO environment)

  • 3 years of team management experience
University degree in Accounting or Finance
Demonstrating proficiency in the area of Accounts Receivable and thorough understanding of financial accounting and reporting
Collaborative and conflict resolving approach to stakeholder management
Fluency in English – ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing
Competent Microsoft Office and ERP user (SAP would be an advantage)
Positive attitude, customer centric mindset
Optional Experience in processes transition
