We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team at INFUSE. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to help us achieve our goals. If you're a skilled recruiter with excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end candidate selection for various open positions within the company.
- Develop and execute candidate search strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain an organized internal candidate database for future hiring needs; maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Conduct various types of interviews, including structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.
- Create and maintain a candidate pipeline by utilizing various sourcing methods.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in candidate selection for diverse positions; work experience as a recruiter (2+ years).
- Proficiency in developing effective candidate search strategies.
- Hands-on experience with different selection processes, including video and phone interviewing.
- Experience in coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers.
- Strong decision-making skills to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong database management skills.
- Advanced/Fluent English and Ukrainian speaking and writing skills.
