Job Description

Master Data is crucial for business operations, serving as the primary source of fundamental business information utilized across various systems, processes, and functions such as customers, materials, suppliers, and finance.

In this role, you will be part of a global team responsible for delivering efficient support in Master Data Management and analysis within a intricate, cross-functional, and international setting.

Your main responsibilities as a Global Master Data Specialist will include:

  • Visualizing End to End processes and tools in the Master data area to enhance Data Quality, streamline data maintenance processes, and improve control.
  • Gathering business requirements and collaborating with the Master data manager to devise solutions across all aspects of the data management framework.
  • Recognizing the relevant business stakeholder landscape and closely cooperating with I-BPO.
  • Owning the data quality including data cleansing of the specified data objects within the assigned Data Domain.
  • Acting as a Master data Management expert for the applicable domain within the JDE landscape, encompassing IT and organizational components.
  • Identifying enhancements and collaborating with the MDM Ops Team for successful implementation.
  • Participating as a project member in initiatives affecting the pertinent data domain.
  • Maintaining the Master data governance document for the applicable domain and ensuring its utilization during integration projects.
  • Serving as the primary contact for the business regarding data quality, queries, and enhancements.

For the role of a Master Data Operations Specialist, we are seeking a candidate with the following skills and experience:

  • Professional experience in master data administration
  • Essential experience with SAP systems
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and handling extensive data sets
  • Solid data analytical skills, along with a passion for early adoption of digitalization
  • Effective team player
  • Fluency in English for both written and verbal communication
  • Flexibility to work at the office three times a week.
