Zadania, które będziesz realizować:

  • Opracowywanie i wdrażanie strategii IT dla zarządzanego obszaru
  • Zarządzanie procesem wytwarzania, dostosowywania oraz wprowadzania zmian w oprogramowaniu, a także uzgadnianie tych procesów z uczestnikami
  • Udział w realizacji projektów, także jako koordynator
  • Odpowiedzialność za terminową realizację wdrożeń, zgodnie z harmonogramem i wysokimi standardami jakości
  • Utrzymanie systemów informatycznych w zarządzanym obszarze, zapewniając ciągłe podnoszenie jakości świadczonych usług IT
  • Planowanie i realizacja budżetu obszaru
  • Udział w rekrutacji i budowie zespołów
  • Dbanie o rozwój kompetencji IT, inspirowanie i nadawanie kierunku w zakresie rozwoju pracowników w zarządzanym obszarze
  • Promowanie synergii, wymiany wiedzy i dobrych praktyk pomiędzy pracownikami i zespołami

Nasze oczekiwania:

  • Wykształcenie kierunkowe STEM
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w zakresie co najmniej jednej z dziedzin: analiza, projektowanie, programowanie lub testowanie oprogramowania
  • Minimum lat doświadczenia na stanowisku menedżera ds. rozwoju oprogramowania lub pokrewnym
  • Umiejętności liderskie w środowisku zwinnym, skoncentrowanym na wytwarzaniu oprogramowania
  • Praktyczna wiedza w zakresie zarządzania organizacją, projektami oraz procesem wytwórczym
  • Zdolność do inspirowania i motywowania innych do działania
  • Znajomość dobrych praktyk wytwarzania, zapewniania jakości i utrzymywania produktów softwarowych
  • Umiejętność zapewnienia dobrej komunikacji i współpracy ludzi o różnych kompetencjach
  • Zapewnienie wysokiego standardu technologicznego i krótkiego time to market
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego
