poprzez Udzielenie dodatkowych informacji albo rekonfigurację) W przypadku zgłoszenia problemu: dokładne odpytanie zgłaszającego o naturę problemu → weryfikacja jego istnienia → deduplikacja zgłoszeń → utworzenie zgłoszenia (bug) dla developmentu w systemie Dev Azure → nadanie mu priorytetu i ważności → opisanie kroków do replikacji problemu → dodatkowa komunikacja z developerami → poinformowanie zgłaszających o rozwiązaniu problemu W przypadku propozycji usprawnień: zrozumienie propozycji, ew.
