As Global FP&A Specialist, you will support global transformation initiatives, you will be dedicated to drive a variety of Projects and Profitability analyses.

What you will do:

Monitor cost development and execution (material cost, direct and indirect labor, indirect spend) Bring insight on Standard costing improvement, absorption monitoring, inventory valuation Implement work standardization across the global network Establish robust Finance processes and implement strong internal controls Support transformation initiatives and other ad hoc projects as required Build productivity Project Business Case end to end, (P&L, improvement of Working Capital and CAPEX)

What you need to have:

3+ years of finance or accounting experience within a corporate environment Ideally manufacturing background or Supply Chain experience Ability to interact with cross-functional teams globally Ability to drive business decisions across the organization Strong understanding of finance and operations Ability to understand business activities with a view broader than just the finance function Experience in a matrix organization Experience in SAP is required English is required and any other European main language is a plus (French, Italian, Spanish)
