As a Sales Operations Manager, You are part of the Commercial Team, reporting to the Head of Merchant Services. You will be responsible to drive a diversity of Continuous Improvement projects on our Sales Processes and improve Sales Efficiency. You will work intensely with the Business Process Owners, the Salesforce team and your colleagues from other departments like Operations, Risk and Compliance, to take a true End-to-End improvement approach.

You will be successful in this role because you have significant experience in Sales Process Management and improvement, as well as strong Project Management skills. Of course, you fully understand how a Commercial Sales Organization works, and you are a strong communicator that excels in Stakeholder Management.

Skills

· Project Management Methodology

· Process Mapping Methodology

· Continuous improvement and/or Six sigma trained

· Salesforce User Knowledge (or other Sales related CRM)

· Process / Business Analyses Business

· Experience with User Story/requirement building

· Advanced user in MS Excel, PPT

Capabilities

· High energy with drive for impact and result

· Excellent Stakeholder Management

· Business English Proficient

· Strong Problem Solving / Creative thinking

Education & Experience

· Minimal Bachelor Degree (Engineering/Economics/IT)

· Minimal 5 years relevant experience in Project management and Process improvement

· Solid experience in Commercial related Processes and environment

Nice to Have

· Experience in Financial Services Industry

· International work Experience

· Experience with Sharepoint or another document/content management system

· Deliver increase in Merchant satisfaction (revenue increase/churn prevention)

· Deliver increase in Salesforce user satisfaction (Cost reduction)

· Enhance the Quality of sales-related SFDC Change request/requirements (cost reduction/ prevent inefficiency)
