Currently, we are seeking an experienced Senior Outbound Calling Contractor (US time zones) who will support us working as a freelancer in the US-time zone. In that position, you will play a key role in refining our outbound calling strategies, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives.

As an Outbound Calling Contractor you will:

  • Conduct thorough research to enrich prospect lists and prioritize leads based on Ideal Customer Profile criteria, company size, and urgency of need
  • Search for missing phone numbers and ensure contact information accuracy
  • Conduct both cold calls and follow-up calls to convert contacts into SQLs
  • Arrange sales video calls with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to further qualify leads
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify problems and offer solutions
  • Implement creative lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion rates

You are the right candidate if you have:

  • Extensive prior experience focused on outbound B2B phone calling, prospecting, & outreach
  • Consulting capabilities - the ability to think in terms of problems and solutions, not just products and features
  • Creative attitude towards lead generation and conversion
  • Native fluency in US English
  • Working in full overlap with US time zones (apx. 15:00 - 23:00 CET/CEST)

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of the IT Services market
  • Practical experience with PRO PAYBACK sales framework or similar methodologies
  • Prior usage of HubSpot for sales, including CRM basics, sequences, and mailing
  • Strong presence on LinkedIn within the IT Services industry
