Project Manager

We’re looking for a proactive Senior Project Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership – someone who can not only run complex software projects but also elevate the way we deliver them across teams and clients. In this role, you’ll lead multiple projects end-to-end, act as a trusted advisor to our clients, mentor other Project Managers, and drive continuous improvement in how we work. • Leading 1-3 cross-functional project teams (Mobile, Frontend, Backend, R&D, Design) to deliver complete, high-quality software solutions for our clients

• Acting as both Project Manager and proxy-Product Owner – shaping requirements, defining user stories, and refining the backlog in close collaboration with clients and the development team

• Ensuring strategic alignment of project goals with client business objectives, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and budget utilization

• Owning the estimation and prioritization process, forecasting budget burn and signalling risks early, while providing clear explanations of deviations and corrective actions

• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients of all sizes – from fast-paced startups to large enterprises – and acting as their key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

• Organizing and facilitating team collaboration using Agile best practices, adapting processes to project context and team maturity

• Acting as a servant leader and mentor – supporting career growth, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and business-oriented approach

• Supporting other PMs during project kick-offs and ongoing delivery, sharing best practices and guidance across the organization

• Driving continuous improvement of project management standards and methodologies on a company-wide level

• Participating in sales and pre-sales activities – from shaping proposals and estimates to running client workshops and ensuring smooth project onboarding

• Promoting the use of AI-powered tools and emerging technologies that enhance project efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making

  
  

  
  

You can be the perfect match for us, if you have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner/ Scrum Master in IT (preferably in a software house or consulting environment)

• Excellent communication skills in Polish (advanced/native) and English (C1) – able to adapt messaging for different audiences, from developers to executives

• Proven record of delivering multiple end-to-end projects with international clients

• Deep practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to tailor processes to team and business needs, while confidently guiding clients in choosing and evolving the most effective delivery model for their projects

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle – from discovery to delivery, including risk management and quality assurance

• Hands-on experience in budget ownership, forecasting, and reporting in both T&M and fixed-price projects, with the ability to plan, visualise, and execute project roadmaps (Gantt charts or equivalent tools are no mystery to you)

• Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire teams – while giving constructive feedback and maintaining high morale

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools (including Gantt charts or reporting dashboards)

• Experience in defining, monitoring, and improving project practices across an organization

• Experience supporting the sales process – from building offers and estimates to facilitating client workshops and project kick-offs

• A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Technical background or strong interest in software development and emerging technologies

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for productivity, documentation, or communication, and enthusiasm for promoting their adoption within teams
