Work mode: remote.✈ Business Travel - 1 week per month business trip to Alesund, Norway (all costs covered).Rate: up to 50 EUR/h B2B.⏰Start: ASAP/ 1 msc.⏳Project length: 4-6 + extensions.Project language: English.⚙️Industry: Industrial sector.Workload: Full time.Summary:The Project Manager in the Marine, Offshore & Wind Solutions team will lead complex lighting projects, focusing on planning, execution, and delivery to meet global safety and performance standards. This role requires a background in Project Management, Engineering, or Business Administration, with significant experience in high-value technical projects.Main Responsibilities:Define project scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget in collaboration with key stakeholders.Lead the execution of lighting system projects from start to finish.Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, production, and sales.Maintain close dialogue with clients, suppliers, and partners throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor progress, identify risks, and take proactive action to ensure high-quality outcomes.Drive documentation processes and ensure compliance with industry and contract standards.Contribute to continuous improvement in how we deliver and manage complex system projects.Key Requirements:Bachelor's or master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of project management experience, preferably from marine, offshore, wind, energy, or construction sectors.Proven track record of managing complex, high-value technical projects.Solid understanding of engineering processes and ability to follow technical discussions.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with fluency in English, both written and verbal.Experience with project management tools (e.g. Projektron, Jira).Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are an advantage.Nice to Have:Experience in international project environments.Knowledge of sustainability standards in project management.Familiarity with the latest trends in lighting technology.Other Details:Location: Global projects with a focus on offshore and marine.Team Structure: Cross-functional teams including design, engineering, production, and sales.
